To make this Big Mac Pizza, I started by cooking some lean ground beef in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
As the ground beef was cooking I crumbled it really well.
Once the ground beef was fully cooked, I drained the grease from the pan.
Then I added some mayo, Thousand Island dressing, diced pickles, diced onions, salt and pepper to the pan.
I stirred all of the ingredients together really well until everything was well coated in sauce.
Then I removed the pan from the heat.
I unrolled a sheet of Pillsbury pizza dough and pressed it out onto a greased 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet.
I prebaked the pizza crust for 8 minutes in a 400F oven.
Then I removed the pizza crust from the oven.
I spooned the ground beef mixture onto the pizza crust and spread it out evenly.
Then I sprinkled some shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat.
I returned the pizza to the oven and baked it until the cheese was completely melted and the crust was nicely browned.
I removed the pizza from the oven and left it to sit for a couple minutes.
Then I sprinkled some shredded iceberg lettuce on top of the pizza and sliced it.
This delicious meal combines two classic comfort foods, pizza and cheeseburgers.

- Spoon the ground beef mixture onto the prebaked crust and spread it out evenly,
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the ground beef.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake until cheese is completely melted and the crust is nicely browned. 6-8 minutes.
- Allow the pizza sit for a couple minutes after removing it from the oven.
- Sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top of the pizza.
