To make this casserole, I started by dumping some pork sausage meat into a large skillet over medium-high heat.

I added some diced onions to the skillet with the sausage.

I crumbled the sausage well as it cooked.

Once the sausage was fully cooked, I added some diced green peppers to the skillet.

I continued cooking until the sausage was nicely browned and then I removed the skillet from the heat and set it aside.

I opened some Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits and cut each one into six pieces.

Then I sprayed a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.

I sprinkled the pieces of biscuit dough over the bottom of the baking dish, spreading them out as evenly as possible.

Then I spooned the sausage mixture on top of the biscuits.

I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits.

Then I cracked some eggs into a mixing bowl.

I added some milk to the bowl.

I also added some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the bowl.

I whisked all of the ingredients together well.

Then I poured the egg mixture over all of the ingredients in the baking dish.

I placed the baking dish in the oven and baked the casserole until the top was nicely browned.

 

I removed the dish from the oven and allowed it to sit for a few minutes.

  8. Cut the raw biscuits into 6 pieces each.
  9. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
  10. Sprinkle the pieces of biscuit dough over the bottom of the dish, spreading them out as evenly as possible.
  11. Spoon the sausage mixture over the biscuits.
  12. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the sausage.
  13. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
