Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad is a quick and easy cold side dish recipe perfect for summer.

This creamy pasta salad is loaded with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions and crumbled potato chips.

This pasta salad recipe takes about twenty minutes to prepare and serves eight people.

To make this pasta salad, I started by cooking some fusilli pasta according to the directions on the package.

I rinsed the cooked pasta with cold water to cool it down.

Then I dumped the cold fusilli noodles into a large mixing bowl.

I added some mayo and ranch dressing to the mixing bowl.

I stirred until all of the pasta was completely coated in dressing.

Then I added some shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, real bacon bits, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl.

I stirred until all of the ingredients were fully combined.

Then I added some crumbled Ruffles potato chips to the bowl and stirred again.

This tasty pasta salad is perfect for summer potlucks and barbecues.

• 4 cups fusilli noodles, uncooked
• 1 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
• 1/2 cup real bacon bits
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 1/2 cups Ruffles potato chips

How to Make Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad:

1. Cook fusilli according to instructions on the package.
2. Rinse cooked pasta with cold water to cool it down.
3. Dump cold pasta into a large mixing bowl.
4. Add the mayo and ranch dressing to the bowl. Stir until pasta is completely coated in dressing.
5. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, real bacon bits, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir well.
6. Wait to add the crumbled potato chips to the salad until right before serving or they will become soggy. Stir well.
7. Serve and enjoy!
