I added some Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and onion powder to the pan.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

I added some heavy cream and the cooked pasta shells to the skillet.

I stirred until all of the pasta shells were coated in sauce.

I reduced the heat to low and continued cooking for a few minutes.

Then I added some sour cream to the skillet.
