To make this garlic bread grilled cheese, I started by dumping some softened butter into a small bowl.
I added some garlic powder and dried parsley to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
Then I spread the garlic butter mixture onto four slices of bread.
I flipped two of the slices of bread over so that they were butter side down.
Then I placed some shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the those two slices of bread.
I placed the remaining two slices of bread, butter side up, on top of the cheese to form two sandwiches.
I placed the sandwiches in a large saute pan over low heat.
When the bottoms were golden brown I flipped the sandwiches.
I continued cooking the sandwiches until both sides were nicely browned.
Then I removed the pan from the heat.
I served the sandwiches immediately so that the cheese would be nice and gooey.
