Then I formed a nest with the rice in the center of the skillet and poured some beaten eggs into the nest.

I cooked until the eggs became scrambled eggs and then combined them with the rest of the ingredients.

I added some sesame oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, peas, salt and pepper to the skillet.

I stirred well and continued cooking for a couple minutes.

Then I removed the skillet from the heat and sprinkled with some sesame seeds.
