I was so worried about this dish after reading the comments as my instapot was coming to pressure, I thought maybe I would get a burn notice or it come out mushy, too much cheese ect but it turned out PERFECTLY 👌 It was delicious. I only used 1.5 cups of cheese due to only having that amount on hand but it didn't make it difference. I did exact on everything else and the fam raved about it. Adding this to our monthly favorites. Thank you for sharing!

Really love this recipe. The only thing I wish for… is that the words DO NOT STIR in number 6 were bolded. I always end up forgetting and stirring. End user error :) Otherwise, love this recipe for an easy weeknight meal especially during sport/practice seasons.

If you don't scrape the bottom of the pot after you saute the chicken you will get burnt notice. Otherwise I love this recipe!
