To make this Mexican corn casserole, I started by dumping some frozen corn kernels into a large mixing bowl.
I added some mayo and sour cream to the bowl.
I also added some chili powder, garlic powder and salt to the bowl.
I added some grated parmesan cheese to the bowl.
Then I stirred all of the ingredients together well.
I sprayed a 9 x 9 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
Then I dumped the corn mixture into the dish and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some additional chili powder on top.
Then I placed the baking dish in the oven and baked the casserole until it was bubbling and hot through to the center.
I removed the dish from the oven.
I sprinkled some grated parmesan cheese and chopped green onions on top.
