To make this dish I started by dumping some softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl.

I used an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese.

Then I added a can of condensed cream of chicken soup to the bowl.

I continued mixing with the electric mixer until the cream cheese and soup were fully combined.

Then I added some ricotta cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

I added some shredded rotisserie chicken to the bowl.

I also added some chopped green onions to the bowl.

I stirred all of the ingredients together well.

Then I dumped the chicken mixture into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish and spread it out evenly.

I placed 30 Ritz crackers in a large Ziploc bag.

I used a rolling pin to crush the Ritz crackers.

Then I poured the cracker crumbs into a mixing bowl.

I added some melted butter to the bowl.

I stirred the cracker crumbs and butter together well.

Then I sprinkled the cracker mixture on top of the chicken in the baking dish.

I placed the dish in the oven and baked the casserole until it was bubbling and the crackers on top were starting to brown.

  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 30 Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

How to Make Million Dollar Chicken Casserole:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Dump the cream cheese into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Use an electric mixer to whip the cream cheese.
  4. Add the cream of chicken soup to the bowl.
  5. Mix with the electric mixer until the soup and cream cheese are fully combined.
  6. Add the ricotta cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the bowl.
  7. Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.
  8. Add the shredded chicken and chopped green onions to the bowl.
  9. Stir well again.
