To make this one pot Alfredo, I started by slicing some boneless, skinless chicken breasts into strips.
Then I placed a large pot on the stove over medium heat.
I added some butter and garlic puree to the pot.
Once the butter was completely melted and starting to sizzle, I added the chicken breast slices to the pot.
I spread the chicken breast slices out into a single layer.
Then I left the chicken breast slices to cook until nicely browned on the bottom.
Once they were browned on the bottom, I flipped the pieces of chicken over.
I continued cooking the chicken breast slices until they were nicely browned on both sides.
Then I removed the cooked pieces of chicken from the pot and set them aside.
I poured some water into the pot.
Then I poured some heavy cream into the pot.
I brought the liquid to a boil.
Once the liquid was boiling, I broke some fettuccine noodles in half and sprinkled them into the pot at all different angles.
Then I pushed the noodles around until they were all submerged in the liquid.
I reduced the heat to low and placed a lid on the pot.
I left the fettuccine to cook, stirring occasionally, for fifteen minutes.
After fifteen minutes I removed the lid and stirred the pasta well.
Then I add some garlic puree, onion powder, salt and pepper to the pot.
I stirred well and then brought it to a boil.
I continued boiling the dish, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickened.
Then I removed the pot from the heat.
I added some shredded Parmesan cheese to the pot.
I stirred until the cheese melted.
Then I added the cooked chicken breast slices to the pot.
I stirred until all of the chicken breast slices were coated in sauce.
Then the creamy fettuccine was ready to serve.
