To make this pizza dip, I started by dumping some softened cream cheese into a mixing bowl.
I added some ranch dressing to the bowl.
I also added some Italian seasoning to the bowl.
I used an electric mixer to cream all of the ingredients together until smooth.
Then I added some grated parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl.
I also added some finely chopped pepperoni to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients together until fully combined.
I spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 10 inch cast iron skillet.
I spread some pizza sauce over the cream cheese mixture.
Then I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
I sprinkled some quartered pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.
Then I placed the skillet in the oven and baked the dish until it was bubbling.
I removed the dish from the oven.
I allowed it to sit for a few minutes before serving.
I served my pepperoni dip with some toasted garlic baguette slices and Tostitos Scoops.

- Spread the pizza sauce on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the pizza sauce.
- Sprinkle the quartered pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake until the dip is bubbling. 17 – 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes.
- Serve with toasted baguette, tortilla chips or crackers.
