To make these ranch pork chops, I started by spraying a 9 x 13 baking dish well with cooking spray.
I placed five boneless pork chops in a single layer on the bottom of the dish.
I dumped some cream of mushroom soup into a mixing bowl.
Then I added some sour cream to the bowl.
I also added a packet of ranch dressing mix to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients well.
Then I poured the mixture over the pork chops in the baking dish and covered them as evenly as possible.
I placed the dish in the oven and baked the pork chops for thirty-five minutes.
I used a meat thermometer to make sure they had reached an internal temperature of 145F.
I sprinkled some fresh chopped chives and dill on top of the pork chops.
Then the baked ranch pork chops were ready to serve.
I served my pork chops with some mashed potatoes.
