To make this dip, I started by chopping up some canned artichoke hearts.
Then I dumped some softened cream cheese, the chopped artichoke hearts, sour cream and mayo into a mixing bowl.
I also added some minced garlic, grated parmesan, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella and Italian seasoning to the bowl.
I stirred all of the ingredients together until fully combined.
I greased an 8 x 8 inch baking dish well with cooking spray.
Then I dumped the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
I sprinkled some shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Then I placed the dish in the oven and baked until the cheese on top was melted.
I removed the dish from the oven and left the dip to cool slightly before serving.
I served my spinach dip with tortilla chips.
This cheesy dip is sure to be a family favourite.

Notes
- For the canned artichokes, if you can’t find a 13.75 ounce can, anything between 12-15 ounce should work just fine.
- It should not golden when baked, but there may be some slightly golden spots on the edges, which is fine.
- This recipe lasts about 4-5 days in the fridge. The easiest way to reheat is by dishing out the amount you’ll want and microwaving it in 15-30 second increments until warm, then stir; the length of time will depend on how much is being reheated.
