Biscuit and Gravy Casserole

Prepare some peppered gravy mix according to the directions on the package. Set aside.

Cook some pork sausage meat in a large skillet. Add some maple syrup to the skillet and stir well.

Cut some Pillsbury biscuits into 1 inch chunks and place them in the bottom of a baking dish.

Spoon the cooked sausage meat over the biscuits.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the sausage.

Dump some eggs, milk, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl.

Whisk well.

Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the baking dish.

Pour the peppered gravy over everything.

Bake until the casserole is cooked through and starting to brown on top.
