Carrot Dump Cake

Spread grated carrot in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Pour dulce de leche over the grated carrot.

Spread cream cheese frosting over top.

Pour boxed carrot mix over top and spread it out evenly with a spoon.

Sprinkle cream cheese flavoured baking bits and chopped pecans on top.

Pour melted butter evenly over the top.

Place the dish in the oven and bake the cake until it's hot and bubbling all the way through the center.

Serve warm with ice cream if desired.
