Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls

Dump some shredded cheese, sausage, Red Lobster biscuit mix, pepper, and salt into a large mixing bowl.

Mix with your hands until all of the ingredients are well combined.

Scoop the mixture and roll into tablespoon-sized balls and place them onto a sheet pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the sausage balls reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Mix the butter and seasoning packet from the biscuit mix in a small mixing bowl. Brush the butter mixture over the top of the sausage balls.
