Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Melt some butter in a large pot and add some diced onions. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add some flour and stir well. Cook until the flour starts to brown slightly.

Add some chicken broth to the pot and whisk well.

Add some milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the pot and whisk well again.

Simmer for ten minutes.

Add frozen diced hash brown potatoes, frozen mixed veggies and shredded chicken to the pot.

Stir well and simmer.

Serve with biscuits, buns, bread, pastry or crackers.
