Chicken Shepherd's Pie

Dump some cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl.

Stir all of the ingredients together well.

Add some shredded rotisserie chicken to the bowl and stir until it's all coated in the soup mixture.

Add some frozen mixed veggies and corn to the bowl. and stir well again.

Dump the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Prepare some instant mashed potatoes according to the directions on the package. Spread the mashed potatoes over the chicken mixture.

Bake until the dish is bubbling and the mashed potatoes are starting to brown.
