Cowboy Spaghetti

Cook and drain spaghetti according to the direction on the package.

Cook some chopped bacon in a skillet until browned and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate.

Add some ground beef to the skillet and cook until no pink remains.

Add some diced onions and garlic puree to the skillet with the ground beef. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.

Add some BBQ sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir well.

Add some Rotel and half of the cooked bacon pieces to the skillet.

Add some cooked spaghetti to the skillet and stir until all of the spaghetti is coated in sauce.

Sprinkle some shredded cheese and the remaining chopped bacon on top of the spaghetti.

Place the skillet under the broiler for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
