Cream Cheese Potato Bacon Soup

Pour some water and milk into a large pot and bring them to boil.

Once the liquid starts to boil reduce heat to medium-low and immediately pour in the instant mashed potatoes. Stir well.

Add some cream cheese to the pot and stir.

Add some crumbled bacon, chopped chives, dehydrated minced onion, salt and pepper to the pot.

Stir well and allow the soup to simmer for about ten minutes stirring occasionally.

Ladle the soup into bowls and sprinkle with additional crumbled bacon and chives.
