Cream Corn Casserole

Dump corn and diced red onions into a large mixing bowl.

Add cream of bacon soup, garlic puree, onion powder, salt, pepper and shredded Parmesan to the bowl.

Stir until ingredients are fully combined.

Scoop the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 30 minutes.

Beat an egg in a mixing bowl.

Add Ritz cracker crumbs, French's fried onions and melted butter to the bowl with the egg. Stir well with a fork.

Add shredded parmesan cheese to the bowl. Stir.

Sprinkle the mixture on top of the corn casserole in the baking dish.

Continue baking until the topping starts to brown.
