Crock Pot Pot Roast

Season the roast with salt and pepper. Sear the roast in a skillet.

Transfer the roast to a Crock Pot. Add seasoning, carrots, onions potatoes and beef broth to the pot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. In the last hour of the cooking add some cornstarch mixed with water. Stir.

Remove the roast and vegetables from the slow cooker and place them in the serving dish.

Serve and enjoy!
