Crock Pot Shrimp Boil

Add the sliced sausage, frozen corn on the cob, baby red potatoes, and minced garlic, to the slow cooker.

Sprinkle 3 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning over the top and add 6 cups of water.

Cover and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, or until the potatoes are tender.

Add the frozen shrimp to the slow cooker.

Cook for an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.

Drain the liquid from the pot. Pour melted butter and Old Bay seasoning over the ingredients in the pot and toss to coat.

Garnish with parsley and lemons and serve hot with cocktail sauce, if desired.
