Crock Pot Tater Tot Casserole

Spray inside of Crock Pot well with cooking spray. Place frozen tater tots in single layer in the bottom.

Cook ground beef and diced onions in a skillet.

Spoon the cooked ground beef and diced onions over the tater tots in the Crock Pot.

Spoon canned diced tomatoes and frozen corn over the ground beef in the Crock Pot.

Pour the cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and stir well.

Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the Crock Pot and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the soup mixture.

Place frozen tater tots on top of the cheese.

Cook on HIGH until the tater tots are browning on top. 4 - 4.5 hours.

Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and then scoop and and serve.
