Dorito Meatloaf Casserole

Dump ground beef, Italian sausage, eggs, 1/3 cup milk and crushed Doritos into a large mixing bowl.

Use your hands to mix all of the ingredients together until well combined.

Scoop half of the meat mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and press it out evenly.

Dump cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and tablespoon of milk into a mixing bowl.

Use an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the meat layer in the baking dish.

Sprinkle diced green bell peppers and shredded cheese over the cream cheese.

Press the remaining meat mixture on top to cover everything.

Bake for 40 minutes and then sprinkle shredded cheese and crushed Doritos on top.

Continue baking until the cheese is fully melted.
