Dutch Oven Beef Stew

Sear chunks of beef in a Dutch oven and then set them aside.

Add sliced onions and garlic to the pot and cook until onions are golden. Sprinkle in some flour and stir well.

Add some tomato paste and stir well.

Add beef stock, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, the seared beef chunks and spices to the pot. Bring to simmer, cover with lid and place in oven.

After an hour add chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot. Return to the oven.

After another hour, remove the pot from the oven. Add some frozen peas and stir well. Cover the pot and let sit until peas have heated through.
