French Fry Casserole

Cook and crumble ground beef in a large skillet.

Once the ground beef is fully cooked, add some diced onions and green peppers to the skillet.

Add some salt, pepper and garlic pepper and stir well.

Add some cheddar soup and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet and stir until all of the ground beef is coated in soup.

Dump the ground beef mixture into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the ground beef.

Place some frozen fries on top of the the cheese. Bake for 55 minutes.

Remove the dish from the oven and sprinkle some seasoned salt and parsley over the fries.

Return the dish to the oven under the broiler for a few minutes just to brown up the fries.
