French Onion Pork Chops

Place boneless pork chops in a single layer in baking dish.

Dump some sour cream, onion soup mix, gravy mix and thyme leaves into a mixing bowl.

Whisk all of the ingredients together well.

Spoon the sour cream mixture on top of the pork chops and spread it out evenly to cover all them all.

Bake the pork chops for 25 minutes and then remove them from the oven.

Place provolone cheese slices on top of the pork chops.

Sprinkle some crispy fried onions and thyme leaves on top of the cheese.

Bake for an additional 20 minutes until the cheese is completely melted and the fried onions are starting to brown.
