Funeral Potatoes

Cook some diced onions, minced garlic and diced hash brown potatoes in a large skillet.

Add chicken stock, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, and cheese. Mix well and cook for 15 minutes.

Dump the mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Combine crushed cornflakes and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Sprinkle the cornflake mixture over the potato mixture in the baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake. Remove foil for final 15 minutes.
