Grandma's Ground Beef Casserole

Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and then dump into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch dish.

Brown some ground beef in a large skillet.

Add diced onions, bell peppers and minced garlic to the skillet and continue cooking.

Add tomato soup, cubes of cream cheese, salt and pepper to the skillet.

Stir until the cream cheese has melted completely.

Pour the ground beef mixture evenly over the noodles in the baking dish.

Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake until the casserole is bubbling and the cheese on top is just starting to brown.
