Ground Turkey and Rice

Dump some ground turkey, diced carrots, celery and onions into a skillet.

Stir all of the ingredients together and crumble the ground turkey well as it cooks.

Once the turkey is fully cooked, add some chicken broth to the skillet.

Add some brown and wild rice blend to the skillet.

Push the rice around until it is all submerged in the liquid. Bring the liquid to a boil.

Place a lid on the pot and leave the rice to cook until all of the liquid is absorbed.

Add some soy sauce and butter to the skillet and stir.

Sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve and enjoy!
