Ham and Noodle Casserole

Cook onions in butter until translucent. Add flour and stir until a paste forms.

Add Dijon mustard and water and stir until smooth.  Add Boursin cheese, salt and pepper.

Add diced ham, grated cheese, and heavy cream, and cook over low heat until the ingredients are well combined.

Remove the pot from the heat and add cooked rotini noodles. Stir well.

Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle panko and parmesan bread crumb mixture on top. Bake until golden brown on top.
