Hamburger Helper Lasagna

Saute minced garlic and diced onions in a skillet.

Add ground beef to the skillet. Crumble the ground beef as it cooks.

When the ground beef is fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.

Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a boil.

Add Mafalda pasta to the skillet and stir until all of the noodles are submerged. Cover and leave to simmer.

After simmering 10 minutes, remove the lid and stir well.

Add tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add shredded mozzarella and parmesan.

Stir until the cheese is melted.
