4 Ingredient Potato Soup

Pour some chicken broth into a large pot and bring to a boil.

Once the liquid is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and add some instant mashed potatoes to the pot.

Stir well.

Add some milk to the pot.

Stir well again.

Add the frozen diced hashbrown potatoes to the pot.

Stir well and leave to simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.

Ladle into bowls.

Top with chopped green onions, shredded cheese and/or crumbled bacon if desired.
