Air Fryer Meatloaf

In a large mixing bowl, mix some ground beef, dry parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, minced onion, and ground pepper. Add bread crumbs and diced onions.

Mix well and add ketchup and mustard.

Add some milk and an egg. Finally, mix so all ingredients are well incorporated and evenly throughout the meat.

Press the meat mixture into a foil lined loaf pan.

Gently remove the meatloaf from the pan by slowly lifting the aluminum paper. Place in the air fryer basket.

Cook on manual for 15 minutes at 350F until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees F.

Brush the meatloaf with a prepared ketchup and brown sugar glaze. Continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Remove the meatloaf from the air fryer and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
