Alfredo Meatballs

Dump ground chicken, bread crumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and grated parmesan cheese into a large mixing bowl.

Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients well.

Form the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the meatballs until they are golden brown and have reached an internal temperature of at least 165F.

Melt butter in a large skillet and then add minced garlic. Stir well and cook until garlic is fragrant.

Add heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir well.

Stir well and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add grated parmesan. Stir until the cheese is melted.

Add the cooked meatballs to the skillet and stir until all of the meatballs are coated in sauce.
