Bacon Mushroom Swiss Ground Beef and Rice

Cook ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet.

Add sliced onions to the skillet and continue cooking.

Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, bacon bits, cooked rice, salt and pepper to the skillet.

Stir well and then simmer for 8 minutes.

Add shredded Swiss cheese to the skillet and stir well.

Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top and do not stir.

Allow the cheese to melt.
