Bacon Pasta

Cook some small pasta shells according to the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Cook some bacon pieces in a deep skillet until brown and crispy.

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the cooked bacon pieces to a paper towel lined plate.

Add some minced garlic to the skillet with the bacon grease. Stir well and cook the garlic for 1 minute.

Add some heavy cream to the skillet and stir well. Bring the cream to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.

Add some cream of bacon soup, salt, pepper and chopped chives to the skillet and stir well.

Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet and stir until they are well coated in sauce.

Add most of the cooked bacon and some shredded parmesan and stir well.

Sprinkle cooked bacon and chopped chives on top.

Serve and enjoy!
