Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Dump ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and onion powder into a mixing bowl. Stir well.

Dump ground beef into a large mixing bowl.

Add eggs, bread crumbs, diced onions, 1/3 cup of the prepared sauce, salt and pepper to the bowl with the ground beef.

Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients well.

Transfer the meat to a parchment lined baking sheet and form it into a loaf shape.

Brush the whole loaf with the prepared sauce.

Cover the meatloaf with the bacon strips, overlapping them. Tuck the ends under the meatloaf.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Brush with more sauce and return to the oven.

When the meatloaf  reaches an internal temp of 160F remove it from the oven and allow it to rest.
