Banana Pudding Brownies

Dump some brown sugar, granulated sugar and melted butter into a large mixing bowl. Stir until combined.

Add some vanilla extract and eggs to the bowl. Stir well again.

Add some flour, cocoa powder and salt to the bowl. Stir until all of the ingredients are fully combined.

Add some chocolate chips to the bowl and stir them into the batter.

Spread the batter in a foil lined 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake the brownie and then set them aside.

Pour some instant vanilla pudding mix and milk into a large mixing bowl.

Use an electric mixer to beat the pudding mix and milk until a very thick mixture forms.

Add some chopped banana to the bowl and continue mixing with the electric mixer until no large chunks remain.

Add some Cool Whip to the bowl and use a spatula to fold it into the pudding mixture.

When the brownies have cooled, spread the pudding mixture on top. Place banana slices on top of the pudding.

Sprinkle crumbled vanilla wafers on top. Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours.

Use the foil to lift the brownies from the pan.

Slice and serve!
