Cajun Chicken Alfredo
Cook some fettuccine according to the directions on the package, then drain and set aside.
Cut some boneless, skinless chicken breasts into approximately 1 inch cubes.
Toss the chicken breast chunks in Cajun seasoning.
Dump the chicken breast chunks into a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Leave the chicken breast chunks to cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to make sure they cook evenly on all sides.
After 8 minutes add some butter and garlic puree to the pan.
Stir until the butter is melted and then add some heavy cream, salt and pepper to the pan.
Stir well and bring to a boil. Then cover, reduce heat and leave to simmer for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, stir well and add the cooked fettuccine to the pan.
Stir until all of the pasta is coated in sauce and continue cooking for 4 minutes.
Add some shredded Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
Add some chopped chives and stir again.
Serve and enjoy!
