Cheeseburger Gnocchi

Brown some ground beef in a large skillet.

Add some potato gnocchi to the skillet. Stir and continue cooking until the gnocchi begins to brown.

Add minced garlic, salt, pepper and onion powder to the skillet and stir well.

Add Rotel to the skillet and stir well again.

Add milk, stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes to cook the gnocchi.

Add some condensed cheddar soup to the skillet and stir.

Add some shredded cheese and chopped green onions to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted.

Sprinkle some more shredded cheese and chopped green onions over the top. Place a lid on the skillet to melt the cheese.
