Cheeseburger Subs

Dump some mayo, relish and mustard into a small mixing bowl. Add some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.

Stir well and set aside.

Brown some ground beef in a skillet with some diced onions.

Add some salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to the skillet with the ground beef. Add some water, stir well and cook until no liquid remains.

Slice open four 9-inch sub buns and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Spread the prepared sauce on the buns.

Spoon the ground beef mixture on the bottom halves of the buns. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the subs until the cheese is melted and the buns are nicely toasted.

Top the subs with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes if desired.
