Cheesy Hamburger Rice Casserole

Cook ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet. Add minced garlic to the skillet.

Add instant rice, chopped spinach and frozen corn to the skillet.

Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to  the skillet.

Stir until all of the ingredients are well combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes remove the foil and sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.

Continue baking until the cheese is fully melted.

Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve and enjoy!
