Cheesy Ranch Ground Beef and Rice Casserole

Cook chopped bacon pieces in a skillet until brown and crispy. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate.

Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until fully browned.

Add minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Remove the skillet from the heat. Add minute rice to the skillet and stir well.

Add cheddar soup, milk and ranch dressing mix to the skillet and stir well again.

Add shredded cheese, chopped green onions and cooked bacon pieces to the skillet. Stir well.

Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes remove the foil and sprinkle shredded cheese and bacon pieces on top.

Continue baking until the cheese is full melted. Top with chopped green onions.
