Cheesy Tomato Ground Beef and Rice

Cook some ground beef and diced onions in a large skillet. Drain excess grease from the pan.

Add in the corn, tomato soup, milk and cooked instant rice.

Stir well.

Add some salt, pepper, minced onion and dried chives. Stir well again and leave to simmer.

Stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

Sprinkle more shredded cheese on top and do not stir.
