Cherry Delight

Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and melted butter in a mixing bowl.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish and place it in the freezer.

Dump some cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract into a bowl.

Use an electric mixer to cream the ingredients together until smooth. Add some Cool Whip to the bowl.

Fold the Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust and then spread it out evenly.

Pour 2 cans of cherry pie filling on top. Chill for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
