Chicken and Dumplings with Tortillas

Cook chicken breasts in a large pot with chicken broth.

When the chicken breasts are cooked remove them from the pot and set them aside.

Add diced onion, carrots, celery, and minced garlic to the pot with the chicken broth.

Cook until the veggies have softened. Add spices, shredded cooked chicken breast and chopped tortillas to the pot.

Stir well and simmer 10 minutes. Then add frozen peas to the pot.

Cook for a few  more  minutes to heat the peas. Add fresh chopped parsley.
