Chicken and Sausage Alfredo

Cook rotini noodles. Drain and set aside.

Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into chunks and toss in Cajun seasoning.

Drop the chicken breast chunks into a hot skillet. Stir and cook until browned on both sides.

Add smoked sausage slices to the skillet. Stir and cook until sausage slices start to brown.

Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir and cook until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant.

Add heavy cream, salt and pepper to the skillet and stir well.

Simmer until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked rotini noodles to the skillet and stir until they are all coated in sauce.

Remove the skillet from the heat and add shredded parmesan cheese.

Stir until the cheese is melted.
