Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Cook rotini noodles and add broccoli florets to the boiling water in the last 2 minutes of cooking.

Drain the water and dump the cooked rotini and broccoli into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Cook some diced onions and minced garlic in a saucepan.

Add flour and stir. Add milk and bring to a boil.

Add some salt, pepper and cubed cream cheese to the saucepan. Continue cooking until the cream cheese is melted.

Add some cooked shredded chicken to the pan and stir well.

Pour the mixture over the pasta and broccoli in the baking dish.

Stir all of the ingredients in the baking dish together well and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake and then broil for the last few minutes to brown the cheese on top.
